Hello & Welcome

Hello & Welcome

Hello & Welcome

I’m always inspired by the people I work with. For the past 25 years, it has been my privilege to serve resilient humans from all walks of life in a range of professional settings and listen to the stories of their lives. I’m repeatedly stunned by how little acknowledgment people give themselves and how unaware they can be of the range of skills they use creatively and seamlessly every single day. This is especially true of trauma survivors, women, people of color, and LGBTQIA+ folks.

I describe myself as a relational psychotherapist who works from an intersectional lens.

What does that mean?

It means we use the relationship we build with each other as a practice ground for building skills. It means that we explore how all the facets of your humanity contribute to your struggles and your strengths.

It means that we pay attention to the ways that your past lives inside of you, while also paying attention to here-and-now opportunities to grow. Thanks so much for your interest in my practice!
